X-ray testing

An X-ray is a painless, rapid procedure that creates pictures of the structures inside your body, particularly your bones.

X-ray beams flow through your body, and depending on the density of the substance they pass through, they are absorbed in varying quantities. An x-ray examination utilizes digital technology to make two-dimensional images of inside body structures and electrical equipment to emit (put out) x-rays. X-ray testing is used to diagnose illnesses and ailments that affect the bones and chest.
